The City of Oshawa, ON has announced the appointment of Tracy Adams as the city’s new CAO. Adams has worked for the city in various roles for 17 years. She most recently served as Commissioner of Corporate Services. Before that, she held the position of Director of Corporate Communications.
Adams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Masters of Business Administration degree as well as an Accredited Business Communicator designation from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

Ms. Adams is an exceptional leader who has a passion for public service and for delivering service excellence to the community,” said Oshawa Mayor Dan Carter. “Ms. Adam’s leadership style and experience will guide the entire corporation and lead the great City of Oshawa in its next exciting chapter.”
