Kelly Rice is the new Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Annapolis Royal, replacing Gregory Barr who took a job in Kings County.
Rice comes to the job with 20 years of municipal government experience, most recently as the CAO for the Town of Westville for the past five years. Municipal government is second nature to Rice and she is very excited and honoured to be chosen to serve the Council and residents of the Town of Annapolis Royal!
She will be on the ground running in the Town of Annapolis Royal in early April.
