The Township of Black River-Matheson has welcomed Christopher Ciarrocca as the Manager of Community and Environmental Services. Chris is a certified Engineering Technologist with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. Chris comes with 6 years of engineering experience in the municipal sector, including waste management and landfill operations, municipal infrastructure design and operations and experience in developing environmental programs.
Chris leads by example with his leadership and managerial skills and demonstrates the importance of teamwork and a positive work environment.
