Andrew Daher

Windsor, ON has appointed Andrew Daher as the city’s new Commissioner of Human and Health Services.

Born and raised in Windsor, Andrew graduated from the University of Windsor in 2002 with an Honours degree in Business Administration. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wayne State University, a Masters Certificate in Municipal Leadership and is designated as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Daher has worked for the City of Windsor for the past 18 years in a number of management roles. In his most recent position, he served as the Executive Director of Employment & Social Services.

“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our community as the new commissioner, and advance the priorities of Mayor and Council,” said Daher. “It has been my privilege to work with so many passionate and dedicated staff and community partners in my career, particularly the team in Human and Health Services.”
