Video surveillance: Proceed with caution
Recently, I read an article about a municipality that was trying to address the problem of graffiti in urban areas. Perhaps not surprisingly, the use of cameras for video surveillance was proposed as a solution. It’s a conversation that’s not unique to this specific municipal council.
