It is no secret to our municipal leaders that Canada is faced with a huge infrastructure deficit. With an estimated $123+ billion shortfall in investment and maintenance, it’s hard to grasp the size and nature of the problem facing Canada’s local governments as they work to catch up on years of neglect.
