There are some things that administrators often say that a council may find irritating. I hope to share with you several more examples of these types of sayings. For now, I’d like to share one of my favourites: “Sorry, but we don’t have the budget for that …”

If you have been working in a municipality for any amount of time you have either heard this statement or even said it yourself on several occasions.
