The Canadian Institute for Environmental Law and Policy (CIELAP) recently launched its online Guide to Brownfield Redevelopment to help members of the public understand and participate in brownfield redevelopment, as well to highlight how brownfield regulation has evolved in Ontario. The guide is a helpful resource that may be used by municipalities in fielding public queries about brownfields.
