Minimalist project management

“Managing” a project is, for the most part, an unnatural act. For example: I’m writing this article in early January. Outside, there’s a heap of snow on the driveway that I need to clear (a small project). When this article is complete (some scheduling of tasks is always involved), I’ll head outside, grab the shovel (my resources), and push white stuff around until I’m “done” (my task requirements).
