I recently wrote an article that spoke to how I believe one ought to consider the council chambers. I was so encouraged by the limited response I received that I thought I would continue this “10 principles” theme by detailing what I see as 10 key principles guiding/managing the council-CAO/city manager relationship. While these might be reflected in my previous writings, I do not think I have ever described these “nuggets” this way.
