Grey Highlands is like other small municipalities in that staff members “wear many hats.” Positions such as “Manager of Innovation” and “Policy Advisor of Innovation and Research” simply do not exist, but that doesn’t mean innovation cannot happen. In fact, regardless of size and resources, Grey Highlands strives to modernize and improve in all facets of its municipal structure. A culture of ubiquitous innovation is what spawned a new app for the municipality.
