The previous article (February 2014), discussed two issues with internet polls: security and sample size. This concluding part addresses other critical factors: the order and content of the questions and how results are presented.

Content of Questions

Wording and the order of questions can significantly affect the results. Open-ended questions, for example, give respondents a lot of opportunity to voice their opinions:
