While cleaning out closets in preparation to downsize, my parents found a cherished book of my childhood, a collection of over 200 fairy tales. Flipping through, I stumbled upon the Hans Christian Andersen fable The Emperor’s New Clothes, the classic tale of two charlatans posing as tailors.
