Bridging the employee engagement gap
The stats on employees who are disengaged at work, and the corresponding cost to our economy, continue to be alarming. In March of this year, HRD magazine reported seven out 10 employees in North America aren’t engaged at work, while only some 35 percent intend to switch jobs.
