Fewer opinions, more principles
Last month, I explored a project that was completed more than a decade ago in Calgary where politics trumped process. I did not go that far back into the past because I did not have more recent examples.
Relevant case studies are quite abundant, if I am honest. This would be part of the problem, however, because in many instances the examples are quite embarrassing. My reasons for citing this particular project were
