The City of London has appointed Scott Mathers to the position of Deputy City Manager, Planning and Economic Development. Mathers first joined the City of London in 2005 as an Environmental Services Engineer. He later returned to the City of London as a manager in Development Services in 2013. Since 2017, he has served as the city’s director of water, wastewater and stormwater.
Mathers takes on the role ahead of the upcoming retirement of current Deputy City Manager, Economic Planning and Development, George Kotsifas.
