The Township of Centre Wellington has announced that current treasurer and Managing Director of Corporate Services, Dan Wilson will take on the role of Chief Administrative Officer in January 2022.
“I am excited to be Centre Wellington’s next CAO,” said Wilson. “Further contributing to the long-term development and success of the Township in this role is a great opportunity and a privilege.”
Wilson serves on the board of Directors of the Municipal Finance Officers’ Association and has more than 15 years of experience working as a financial manager.
“Dan has proven himself as a talented and thoughtful leader who will continue to use his forward-thinking and results-driven style to meet the expectations of our leadership team and our rapidly growing community,” said Mayor Kelly Linton.
Dan Wilson takes over from Current CAO Andy Goldie who announced his retirement earlier this year.
