Bob Foulds receives Robert Baldwin Award

The Ontario Municipal Administrators Association announced the presentation of the 1997 Robert Baldwin Award to Robert H. (Bob) Foulds, Chief Administrative Officer, County of Frontenac. This presentation is considered to be Ontario’s highest award for municipal public service. It is named in honour of Ontario’s first “premier” Robert Baldwin.
