Here’s a little test for us: “Write down everything we’ve forgotten.” While difficult, we can make an attempt at it. For example, I know I cannot remember my student number from university, nor the combination of my high school locker, nor half of the passwords I use every day. In this particular exercise, at least we know we once knew something, but know it no longer.

Here’s a more difficult task: “Write down just 10
